Accrington - three wins in a row

The home gala against Burnley saw Accrington winning their third gala in a row to make it three from four, and the second win this year against Burnley. Accrington won 64-55.Another 35 PB's were set tonight by 23 different swimmers, making 38 swimmers in total to achieve PB's in this years galas.

Swimmers top of division Accrington Swimming Club swam their way to the top of the Friendly League Division Two with their third sucessive victory - an impressive 64-55 triumph at home to Burnley on 21 May. The second victory over the same opposition this season demonstrated the strides made by many of the clubs swimmers this year with a number of personal bests times broken. Chief Coach Chris McKean said a big thank you was due to all the supporters and helpers on the night for their continued commitment.
